UCTA stands for Universal Credit Transfer Arrangement

UCTA is a universally and internationally applicable points system and arrangement that makes it easy to get an overview of the “weight” of a specific education and provides a basis for calculating the workload for the education in question, specialist education or research education.

The Tranfer Arrangement System is named and created by Sexologiskolem / IAS Int. Academy of Sexology & RelationshipTherapy. The UCTA Points system is inspired by, and in general, equivalent to, the point calculation system used by the European Universities.

ECTS stands for European Credit Transfer System. All of the 37 Educations af IAS/ Sexologiskolen are calculated in relation to UCTA, which makes it easy for everyone to calculate and compare educations across private and university educations,

and to credit transfer from study to study, school to school – and from country to country. From private education at IAS to university educations, as well as from university educations to educations at IAS.

By transfer of educations / parts of educations in Denmark, within the Nordic countries, in Europe and the rest of the world.

UCTA points are awarded for completed educations, by passed exams and received diploma. Listed on the Diploma.

UCTA points indicate as a unit of measurement, the workload for the education in question, calculated on the basis of hours / lessons, seminars, study visits, study trevals, oral and written homework, literature reading, project work, preparation, internship, dissertations, main assignments, chronicle and article writing, study group lessons, self-therapy consultations, supervision, written and oral exams, other assessments, etc. Each education, specialist education, research education, etc. is awarded a number of points, which express the work effort that the student must provide to complete the individual education unit.

UCTA is thus a measurement tool / a Credit Transfer Arrangement, that helps students and educational institutions, collaboration partners, etc. to be able to easily calculate the capacity and the possible transfer of, the study in question.

Sexologiskolen/ IAS Int. The Academy of Sexology & RelationshipTherapy, has thus made it easy, with a similar and modern system, to measure and compare educations taken at the Sexologiskolen/ IAS with educations taken at the University and vice versa.
