Recording of Classes at Sexologiskolen \/ IAS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Classes are occasionally recorded for the purpose of ensuring quality, documentation, safety<\/strong>, and internal teacher training<\/strong>.
Recordings may be used for the development of teaching methods<\/strong>, internal supervision of the teacher and supervisor teams<\/strong>, or as part of teacher \/ supervisor training \u2013 e.g. in didactics<\/strong>.
Recordings may also be accessed by the management of Sexologiskolen \/ IAS<\/strong> and the school\u2019s Advisory Group<\/strong>, when relevant for quality assurance and development.<\/p>\n

Student FB Groups<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Recordings shared internally in student Facebook groups are available only to the students and teachers of the respective group.
Such recordings must not be shared with third parties<\/strong>, and all recordings must be treated confidentially<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Retention Period<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Video and audio recordings shared internally in the school\u2019s FB student groups may be accessible to students for up to 14 days<\/strong> after being published in the group.
Recordings are deleted by Sexologiskolen \/ IAS<\/strong> no later than one year after the examination of the respective class<\/strong>, unless they are part of an ongoing internal education or evaluation process.
In such cases, the recordings are deleted immediately after<\/strong> the purpose has been fulfilled.<\/p>\n

Personal data includes all types of information that can, in one way or another, be attributed to you.
